The water is good
Called multiple times to request service the women who answered yelled at me and hung up…. Very disrespectful. Worst customer service ever. Buyer beware.
Had a 5 gallon bottle loaded on the dispenser when we discovered a toothbrush inside of the jug. The jug was still sealed not sure what ever came of this but very disgusting I wouldn't recommend this company based upon this occurrence
Do NOT Use This Company. A 5-Year Nightmare Ends Here. I've been a customer for five years and have put up with plenty of awful service, but my patience is completely gone. This company is a total joke, and the failures at the Fairborn, OH location are unacceptable. Their service is completely unreliable, and communication is nonexistent.
