I would give a zero star if possible. This company once was worth working with. For twelve years we received good service and a real human being answered the phone. Now, since they were bought out, we haven't received our deliveries, calls go to a answering service, no one returns calls, we can't even get them to pick up our empty bottles and return our deposits. This company deserves to be shut down and investigated by the Attorney General.
Absolute worst company to have ever provided any kind of service. I cancelled my account in August 2019 because I could never get water delivered when I ordered it and other times, would come home to find random jugs of water on my front porch. Upon cancelling, I returned the cooler and empty jugs which resulted in a credit of over $50 to my account. We've been with this company for 12 years and they had wonderful service...HOWEVER...they recently sold to a large corporation and they now have ZERO customer service. They haven't delivered water on schedule, they don't return telephone calls. Up until this sale our calls were always promptly answered by an individual that gave great customer service. Calls now go to an answering service and after attempting to reach them a half dozen times over an entire week we've received no call backs. Today we called to cancel service ... read more
