They are very unreliable and slow with service calls, making you wait several days just to fix a leak, but the second you bill is due will call and send emails constantly. You should devote the same speed and efficiency to actual customer service.

I have the same problem like Frederick I have been trying to cancel but they won't call back I will call the bbb and complain so I agree do not do business with this company
This rip off company sucks. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! After a five year contract which I had fully satisfied the company started shady tactics. They renewed me with no authorization and will not speak to me on the phone. They continue to bill me and they have no authority to do so. They threaten with collections yet they have no rights or reason to rip me off further. This is an unethical company. Do not get involved with these thieves! Now its of to the Better Business Bureau and my Lawyer.
