I was feeling frustrated and asked "Does anyone know an honest plumber?" To a large group of friends. One said she did and sent me to Aqua Duck. She is now my best friend, They came in and did a great job for a very reasonable fee. When I complained about problems I'd had with other plumbers they did not jump on the bandwagon. They explained why those plumbers did what they did. They are honest, clean, extremely reasonable, and fair. All those qualities that make a company trustworthy.
Bud was awesome and saved us thousands of dollars. Another company told us we needed new pipes which would involve digging through the floors of our house. Approx. $14,000. Bud came with his cameras, unblocked and then jetted the pipes and all is well! Such a great guy too - extremely honest and kind.
Five star all the way! I had another company out, charged me 200.00 and didn't fix the problem. They quoted me an additional 2600.00 to bust through external wall and replace a pipe. Aqua Duck fixed two showers and uncloged my sink drain. Saved me thousands! ❤️
Bud, the owner and the rest of his team in the field and the office are absolutely professional and invested in total customer service! Bud is so personable while being one of the very best plumbers I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. Their prices and promptness are stellar. I wish there was a 10 star rating because they deserve it.
