Unfortunately our pool has not been worth the money and our calls and messages were ignored. The plaster work on our pool deteriorated after 2 years and we have had to have it patched twice at our cost. There are many places where the plaster is coming away and it really needs to all be removed and re done. So the charming looks and personality only lasts whilst the transaction is going through and the after care sales is very disappointing. Well, finally a response from Aqua Dream Pools. Really great company to deal with - quality of work, experience, value for money and responsiveness. Noka, Nick and the whole team produced a pool that I am extremely pleased with. From design, through construction and finishing all the "little bits", they always listened and gave sensible advice and ultimately delivered value for money. And unlike a lot of other trades, they always kept me up to date with progress and next steps. Great company to work with and highly recommended!
