For Thanksgiving week I was away. Turned out my boiler shut down and my house was 44 degrees. Scott responded to my call quickly and did a very thorough job of diagnosing the issue with my Navien boiler. He got in touch with the manufacturer to find out the best way of repairing it. Turned out I needed a new motherboard. He told me it was covered under warranty, something I was unaware of. I appreciate him telling me that. This was on a Friday afternoon. Scott is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. He and his crew are very efficient and they did a great job installing our RO system. We are loving our water and we highly recommend Aqua Doctor!
