Was the dental equipment clean? Not really, it could have been much cleaner Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with! They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. I loved that they were more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. The level of care you get from Aqua Dental is outstanding. Dr. Collins gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I felt respected, and the staff was very sympathetic to my situation. I've never been more at ease at the dentist.

Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room. Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Yes, I trust them Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment

I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me because they kept pressuring me to get dental procedures that I know weren't necessary. They should've respected my decision. I was a little disappointed at how thoroughly they examined my teeth. I was hoping they would've been a bit more thorough. They barely gave me any information at all. Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
