Too long of a wait for a cleaning - almost here for 3 hours
Staff was nice, but the time management they need to work on, made an apt for 10:00 and it’s 1:11 and my daughter was only in for a teeth cleaning. Too long to be here for that!
Update: BEWARE OF BILLING My review does not reflect the quality of the staff that works here- the dentists and hygienists that work here are not the problem. They have great bedside manner. But Aqua dental DOUBLED my cost and lied to me about submitting appeals to my insurance. I submitted my original quotes to my insurance along with the actual bills and even they couldn’t make sense of how the numbers ballooned.
