RecommendedI have been going to this clinic for years, the staff is very friendly and the children look forward to visiting the dentist. However; due to Covid-19 checking in had taken 20 minutes two times. I have considered changing dentists because of problem.It is understandable to wait 10 minutes but 20 minutes to be checked in, not to mention the time we spend waiting in the waiting room to be taken to the back adds more time wasted. vine hacerme una limpieza profunda el 31 de Diciembre y solo me hicieron la mitad ese día y me dieron un precio de cuanto me saldría por 3 rellenos y la limpieza profunda. y hoy 4 de enero vengo y me quieren cobrar más mmmm pinches ratas 🐀 😡😡😡😡

Ellos te explican con detalles y consultan contigo antes de proceder a un nuevo tratamiento,te explican sobre tu aseguranza y lo que cubre., desde que me mudé a Texas fuí a otras clínica donde no te explican hasta después lo del monto que tienes que pagar 🙄 hasta que encontré a Aqua Dental aquí nos quedaremos Gracias! very beautiful clean office and the staff here explain everything to you I love it my kids love it too and plus they feed the kids dinner pizza it the best ..highly recommended 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
**ZERO STARS**- worst office staff ever. I don't even know how the actual dentists are we never made it that far. I have two children (under the age of 4) I brought in we sat in the waiting room for well over an hour. Although their waiting room did have distractions it was not enough to wait for that long. They brought me back to do a tour of the facility, which was completely unnecessary I think they just do it to kill time because the over book patients. They called one of my children back to do x-rays. The x-ray tech was... read more

This place is a madhouse. They weren’t just double booked, they had about six people scheduled for the same time. We were there for over an hour waiting and finally left without even a cleaning.
Friendly staff , fast turnaround on scheduling appointments. Doctor was great and answered all my questions.
