We recently used Aqua Damage Restoration for a leak under our kitchen sink for the demo, mold remediation, and reconstruction. What we thought was a minor issue turned out to be a leak spanning at least a month, that uncovered mold, rotting floorboards, and required tearing out our under sink cabinet, floor (down to the studs), back wall, and insulation. Our Redmond house was flooded due to a broken washing machine pipe. Hot water was everywhere all the way from second floor to basement. I had very good experience with Steli. He came for water damage consultation, did extensive tests, went under crawl space and told us nothing to worry. Damage was limited and gave home care tips to remediate and prevent further damager. No charge for consultation.

Aqua Damage Restoration LLC took too long to fix the issue. The restoration work was incomplete, and costs were high.
