I rarely post negative about a company, but this company was not helpful whatsoever and rude. We inherited this company from our previous home owner. During our inspection when purchasing this home, the multiport broke and water was everywhere. The previous home owner paid for a replacement. After we closed, we had the weekly pool service for about a month, they were not helpful in answering any questions except for a guy named Josh who was new to the company. Aquaclear pool care is a fantastic resource. Their pool techs are courteous, professional, knowledgeable and go the extra mile with every visit.
