John and his crew did an exceptional job removing a non-working heater and installing a brand new pool heater on my seller's pool. He really went the extra mile by making updates the seller didn't even ask for! When a part that was ordered didn't arrive in time, John took it upon himself to travel to multiple stores across the city to locate the needed part in order to ensure that my seller would close on time. I had an appointment last week with another pool company to give me a quote on installing a pool heat pump. They didn’t show and when I called they rescheduled for the next day. Then they called the next day and said they were just too busy and recommended someone else. I thought no big deal since I had aqua coming out Friday. Well, they didn’t show either, no call, nothing.
