This has been the worst experience . Worst customer service ever and response time is horrible. What was discussed was not what we received. Contacted the sales person and they had a different system installed and still not what we wanted. It's only been 2 weeks so we will be cancelling our service with them. We wanted to save money but not sacrifice quality or customer service and that's exactly what happened.
Worst customer service and attitudes ever. They installed their system at our home a few weeks ago. The water doesn't taste right at all. Its actually very gross tasting. I called numerous times and goes straight to voicemail. The answering machine doesn't say who they are as a business. I've left several messages and no one calls you back. Finally got a call back and this older lady gives me an attitude. Horrible customer service. I need to check with better businesss bureau to see if they're in fact legit.
