Tom started out with his pool business in a courteous and competent manner. He spent a good thirty (30) minutes at my home working and cleaning the pool and related equipment during those “initial days.” But, in the past couple months, Tom hired a “ helper” who devolved into a hindrance and was lackadaisical at best. His job was to “vacuum” the pool, and clean the tile around the circumference underneath the brick coping. Finally in the past two (2) months, the duo was only here “5-7” total minutes!
