As the mother of the groom, I reached out to Stacie with Aquabella Events a month before the wedding after I became overwhelmed by all the tasks that needed to be handled on the wedding day. Stacie jumped in without hesitation. She created a flawless timeline, coordinated vendors, kept us on track, and handled countless on site details with total ease. Stacie was the day of coordinator for our daughter’s wedding and I can’t even begin to say how wonderful she was. She had an answer for everything, kept things running so smoothly, made sure everyone was taken care of, and basically worked like crazy to make sure the day was beautiful. We received so many compliments on how wonderful the wedding was and how great everything flowed. By the end of the day she felt like part of the family. BOOK STACIE NOW! If you are questioning whether or not you need a day of coordinator, I’m telling you right now you do. The only answer is Stacie. I lost count of how many fires she put out throughout the evening. This made our day run smoother than the icing on our cake! She was extremely professional and was able to act and work quickly any time the chance arose. She answered questions with confidence. She did her homework! I cannot recommend Stacie enough!
Stacie was our day of coordinator for my daughter's wedding in October 2024. It was a bonus to work with her before the "big" day. She assisted in organizing what needed to be done and helped to keep us on task. She was so prepared the day of the wedding; knew what she was to do and did it. I can't say enough nice things about Stacie! My wife and I were very lucky to have her as our day-of coordinator. Not only was she incredibly prepared ahead of our wedding, but she was also incredibly flexible during our wedding. We had an outdoor wedding at a friend's farm.
