So disappointed! I walked out on my appointment today because you had ZERO COVID protections in place. Every seat was filled and no one was wearing a mask. I did not see even ONE employee wearing a mask. The Mayor declared a state of emergency a few days ago and said to wear masks and you ignored it. So very disappointed.
RecommendedLove Tara at the hair studio. She listens to my questions and has helped me pick products, styles and even shown me how to style my hair. My daughter came today and they were able to help get the green out of her hair from swimming and she got her summer cut which we both love!

It’s been awhile since I’ve been to this lovely establishment and so glad I decided to step foot back in the door. Kelsey did an absolutely fabulous job on my 8 year old Gracie’s summer haircut I told her what we were wanting to get done and she did just that! She was very friendly, super quick and did an excellent job! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Got a horrible haircut, totally chopped, uneven, not balanced, or even a cohesive style. At one point the stylist chopped at my hair with a razor. A razor should never, ever be used on baby fine hair or hair that isn’t wet, my hair is fine and she was cutting it dry. You can see the hack marks from the ears down, hundreds of tiny little chops, I will add a photo taken in the sun that will read in the photo. Very disappointed with Aqua Bella. I’ve been going here 4 years with no problems and a wonderful stylist, however, I recently sent a friend as a referral and to my surprise, received a discount to use on my next appointment. I went to my appointment and used the referral discount on my full foil highlight/cut and was still charged full price. We've had 2 couples massages and they both have been wonderful! The atmosphere and professionalism is very relaxing. Lisia Fertig Tucker is an amazing owner, but also she gives so much back to the community!! We serve on the EMTAR community involvement committee with her and really enjoy her expertise. I highly recommend Aqua Bella!
