Aqua Bay is amazing. I won’t go anywhere else for spa supplies and parts. They have gone way above and beyond each time I’ve been in there to help with all sorts of things. Even spending multiple sessions with me trying to rebuild parts of my spa plumbing. Just amazing help and knowledge.
I brought my car for fully interior and exterior wash and detailing , while waiting I witness few cars which came after me were getting serviced before me, when asked the manager for the reason
I had a positive experience with Aqua Bay pools! Pam was very helpful and Knowledgeable - she guided me through the process of clearing up my pool with Patience and expertise. I was feeling overwhelmed, but she made everything so much easier and took the time to explain what needed to be done. Ava was also helpful - friendly and efficient. Thanks to the Pam and her team who helped clear up my pool.
Worst customer service EVER!! The guy was rude, and spoke to me in a degrading manner. I will NEVER shop there!
