If i can give this company a 0 star I would. I the technicians thay have left or did have no nothing. BEACHCOMER was a company that fixed my hottud. It almost been 1 year . Aqua bay kingston and Belleville don't have a clue what there doing . I say away and I never ever go there or suggest them . It took Beachcomer 45 min to fix my problem. I spent around 400$ for Aqua bay to do things that did not need to be done. Stay away
Would give 0 stars if possible! These guys are the worst in Kingston! They installed an above ground pool for us (contracted it out to an installer). Then that contracted company (who we did not get to choose nor, did we even know they were contracted at the time) did an awful job tamping the landscape down and the pool walls started to give way. Garbage customer service.
cant put 0 stars or i would. customer service is the worst ive ever experienced. Purchased a hot tub a little over a year ago. its been a royal pain since day one. Had to have them come and fix it after a week. Under warranty and they still charged me $175 for the service call. consistent problems since we got it and no help at all from aquabay belleville. They refuse to even come and look without a credit card to cover their rediculous service call fees. was told when buying our tub it had 3 year warranty, now it wont even ... read more
Agreed in writing and verbally to deliver a hot tub and install the cover lifter. Up charged for the service. Delivered the hot tub and refused to install the lifter and left. Demanded another $339 to return for 10 minutes of work installing the lifter. Typical of how the owners treat their customers.
