My name is Zahraa Alshammari, and this experience was extremely dangerous and unacceptable. My seizure medication (clonazepam) was stopped abruptly with no proper transition plan, leaving me without treatment. I contacted the office and spoke with a staff member, clearly explaining that I would call back 15 minutes before closing so I could get my medication and avoid going to the ER due to the high cost.
