He is the first doctor I’ve ever met. They look at me like I am a person not a patient. His entire self, they treat you with the upmost respect. It is like a family away from home the two hours and a half that I am therefore I can honestly say I would not trade it for anything sometime. I use to like Dr Hashmi but these days I been angry. Haven’t felt kind or respected. And empathetic from my husband and him. Like they are working together which is good to look after my symptoms but bedside manners aren’t genuine. I can tell it’s nice they have a nice voice but like I get angry, irritated. And frustrated. My name is Zahraa Alshammari, and this experience was extremely dangerous and unacceptable. My seizure medication (clonazepam) was stopped abruptly with no proper transition plan, leaving me without treatment. I contacted the office and spoke with a staff member, clearly explaining that I would call back 15 minutes before closing so I could get my medication and avoid going to the ER due to the high cost.
