She is the worst Agent, I have ever come across. She will never keep her words. She wasted three days of my time. First, she said she and her Seller accept my offer and then suddenly started to speak some weird stuff like her Seller's truck went re-routed stuff. Next-Day, she told me someone offered 5k extra than me, and she is taking their offer if I don't match. I accepted that, and she was supposed to send me the written offer.
