Just got a regular manicure and my tech was extremely rude the entire time. Then at the end they tried to charge me an extra $10 for getting 5 different colors which is not listed anywhere and was not told to me before they started my manicure. Will not be returning.

Long wait times for scheduled appointments. Called 20 minutes before to make sure technician would be ready, she said no so she pushed it back 30 minutes. I said are you sure you will be ready she said yes. I get there I wait an extra 20 minutes thinking she would see me right after she’s done with the current client. After she finished, she took me back and put my feet in water thinking I was going to be attended but then took another client and started doing her nails? Like what?? I walked in on time for my scheduled appointment, there was only one technician who was already seeing a client. So I had to wait. That’s fine, I don’t have a problem with that. Kevin arrived five minutes after me and I was directed to follow him for the service. But as I was walking to his table, another client came in and stated she had an appointment with him. I got my dip nails and pedicure with Lee. She is amazing! She is super friendly, easy to talk to, and sweet. She took her time and gave me the best pedicure. Although I was the last client of the day and it was obvious she was tired, she still treated me like I was her first client of the day with the same energy and respect. She did my nails so well! She is literally the best. I’ve seen Tim and Alina and others here before and everyone is very nice and easy to work with. I love this place!
