I've gone to this nail salon many times. Generally, the people are friendly, professional, and do a good job. Today, however, I encountered the owner, Lynn. While trying to pay for my services, their system encountered a problem. I stood there for around 5 minutes while she tried to figure out a solution. She repeatedly asked me if I had other means of paying besides my credit card. She never thanked me for my patience or explained the issue. She just blamed the internet for the delay.
