I’ll start by saying that this family is very friendly, kind and professional. I initially went to the shop to have some jewelry cleaned. I was willing and ready to pay for the cleaning however, they cleaned everything for free. However, I had one piece of jewelry with a stone that had fallen out and paid for service to have the stone secured.
