We are one of the largest independently owned group fitness facilities in Illinois. We cater to all shapes, sizes, ages, genders and physical abilities. We understand that every member comes with their own wants, goals and needs when it comes to health and fitness. Our goal is to provide unique training programs that allow our members to continuously progress towards their optimal health and fitness goals in a positive and motivating environment.

I found APX when my previous gym closed, and I've now been a member for 4 years. Chris, the owner and trainer is fantastic. He gets to know each person who walks in the door and caters the workouts to their specific needs. APX is a supportive environment, and people of all fitness levels are welcomed with open arms.
