I shipped a container with AIR PARCEL EXPRESS on December 2016. I paid the shipping fees through a wire transfer, nearly 3k before the delivery of the container to my home address in New York. I spoke to Andres Guerra-Mondrangon. He was extremely rude! I paid this company in full only to have them not pay their bills. Once in Kingston, I was not able to get my cargo due to being told that this company did not pay the freight company so they were basically holding my cargo as hostage. I was told that until this company (Andres-Guerra-Mondragon's company) I will not be able to get my cargo DESPITE having paid in full.
