Disappointed with the customer service today. I visited this morning to use an expired car wash voucher that I purchased on 20 December (2 washes). I had already used one wash on the same day and missed the second due to the holiday period. I politely asked if the voucher could be renewed or extended, but the staff refused and compared it to a Netflix subscription, saying that even if you don’t use it, you still pay. We got the highest package $29, Was very good, and cleaned my Toyota kluger very nicely, very good option for others who have no time to clean.
Did the platinum wash, it was very basic there was still water everywhere in the car even though it states it's double dry and polish!!
Custom service can improve alot, Person at counter need soft skills. Signs at the store not clear, you would need to get out buy a ticket then go the wash.
