We recently signed up with Aptive and we are very pleased. Ruben Sanchez was our Service Pro who provided the first application assessment, he was extremely knowledgeable and skillful. He understood our concerns and provided information in detail about their products/treatments and how they were all animal friendly as well. He did an awesome job! He was very helpful, punctual and professional!!!
Randy Kennedy was hard at work when I arrived home from work.He completed my second application in approximately 20 minutes. He was very quick and complete.
Mauricio J. was not only prompt, but very well mannered and professional. He addressed all my concerns and outlined an action plan should I have any issues down the road! Customer service is not a lost art, Aptive Environmental and Mauricio are living proof!!!
Matt Bowler and Andy Barton are great, they explained on what was being applied! If I had any issues to call them immediately so they can address any pests in and around the house. Thumbs up for me on Aptive!
Mauricio Jassa exceeded our expectations, he answered all our questions, paid close attention to detail and the specific requests we had. Aptive's response time was extremely fast and our first impression has been very positive.
Just signed up with Aptive and Justin Heiner came out and did a thorough assessment and treatment. We have used other pest control companies and no one was as good as this first visit. He listened to me, found the problems I was concerned about and fixed them. He exceeded my expectations.
Representatives Thomas Ross was great. He took the time to walk me through the process and connect with me on a personal level. Service Pro Robert Gruca was very efficient and able to answer any questions I had.
So far, pleased with how things are going. Today Joe was prompt, courteous and thorough. Hopefully the results will be as positive.
Sariah came out today to do the first application. She was very joyful, a real pleasure to have as a technician. She answered all of my questions, and was very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you for being so pleasant! Sheri H.
