Today I had my initial servicing with Alex and Dylan, and they were great. They were punctual, professional, and personable. They made sure I knew what they were doing each step of the way, did careful in-depth determination of problem areas, and went over the treatment process to make sure I knew what to expect in the coming days and months. Excellent service!
From Mike J: my technician Matthew Cunningham was pleasant and friendly. He was eager to work and appreciative of our business. It was pouring rain outside and Matthew had finished, my wife came out to tell me about a trouble spot on the outside that I was unaware of previously. I went to Matttew's truck and told him. He came back out of his truck with a smile and unloaded his equipment again and happily came with me to take care of this area. It is smart if this company to hire such nice employees.

Kyle arrived on time for our appointment. We told him of our ant infestation and he promptly asked us where the problem was happening so he could give that area extra attention. The technician that came to our home was Jason Jefferson. Jason was not only 15 minutes early (unheard of!) but was polite, pleasant and very efficient. This was our first service from Aptive and at this point all is good! Scott R
