Mauricio came to our Castle Rock Home on 9/24/2021 to spray for spiders and other pests. He was very detailed in everything he did. I was particularly impressed that he lifted each basement window well and sprayed for spiders. We couldn't recall the last time a tech had performed this task. Even more important, we learned that Mauricio has been with Aptive Environmental four years. Nice to meet an experience tech!
This company is illegally trespassing in our community and the representatives refuse to provide identification or information from the company to show proof they are valid, each time we have requested this information. We believe they are preying on our vulnerable children and profiling our community for illegal transactions. Our community has signs posted notifying that we're private property and there's no soliciting, each of our HOA board members has expressed this and they seem to ignore our rules. Do not trust this company with access to your financial accounts. They ask for an automatic withdrawal for quarterly payments, which I was fine with. Then they violated the contract by charging me for a recharge (which is free) and refuse to refund the money. They even LIED to the Better Business Bureau when I filed a complaint and said I would have a refund in 10 days. It's now been 30 days and no refund and they do not respond to my emails asking for the status of the refund. Aptive cannot be trusted.
Office sucks they create problems
Sales person in my area in Oak Creek pushy as all heck, told him 3 time I wasn't interested after he had already got the same answer from my wife earlier in the day before I got home. Every time I told him I was not interested he kept talking over me. I told him to leave and he made threatening gestures at me taunting me and said "what are you going to do about it?" I told him I was going to call the cops and he finally scooted away. Totally unprofessional and alarming to say the least.
