Our dog was poisoned because of this company's negligence. We trusted Aptive Environmental to safely handle rodent control at our home. Instead, their technician left Selontra poison directly on the ground, even after I personally showed him where the secure traps are. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I reached out about wasp removal only. I specially said I did not want any other services or contracts. I was told by TWO different people that there was no contract. When the technician arrived , I verified AGAIN that I did not want any service other than the wasps removal I called about it. He told me I was not bound to any other service or contract before he started. Then he removed the wasps, I paid him and he left. If I could give 0 stars I would! Guy came to our home, set up a new service, took my card to make a pmt and he used my card for personal use and stole my information! Watch out for brian. Short blonde hair, skinny guy. HE WILL STEAL YOUR INFORMATION! POLICE REPORT HAD BEEN MADE!
I agree with the other negative reviews. This is not a service, they are just deceiving people. I cannot break the contract with them without penalty within 12 months. I have 2 acres of total area, they spend 10 minutes, spraying something around the house and saying that everything is fine. I have to spray trees, bushes and grass myself
TERRIBLE! Such a scam honestly. They told us we were getting some discount on our services which ended up not being true then we were locked into a 4 treatment contract that was way more expensive than we planned. They also came two times to spray and charged us but for some reason those didn’t count toward our contract 4 services. Also not helpful over the phone either truly a waste of money use a local pest control they will do a MUCH better job
wanted just one treatment done, ended up in a yearly contract for 4 treatments. shady salesman. they ended up coming out 4 times in 4 months and wanted to keep coming out and having me pay for the whole year. i cancelled and then they charged me $199 for a cancellation fee. scammers
DO NOT SIGN-UP with Aptive. The sale representative does not disclose the company's policy regarding cancelation when they engage with you on a sale. Aptive charges $199.00 after 3 day grace period if you do not cancel. Furthermore, if the representative did not share with you the contract you are signing is for 18 months. Therefore, if you attempt to cancel at anytime you are on the hook for $199.00 in a cancelation fee.
