Agent did not notify me upon arrival and did not meet my request to exterminate inside and outside. Texting is not a sure means of notification.
3.2025 Update: Scheduling and customer service continue to be my main complaints. Actual technicians that arirve to do the service and treatments are great. Dropped rating to two stars. Aptive always ask for feedback after treatment and this was a mess of one. . . Last week we stayed home all day one day, waiting on the tech they kept telling me was coming and wasnt over booked due to recent weather. Absolutely horrible customer service!! You are stuck with using a customer portal to book appointments, then when you schedule evening appointments, they call you at noon the day of saying they will be there in 30 minutes. The techs also openly tell you they don't work past 3:30-4:00. If you try and cancel the service, they say you have to pay $200 to get out of a "contract" which was never signed nor discussed. This company is a scam and doesn't provide the services they are charging you for. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
Bryanna with Aptive has been the absolute BEST. Every time she comes she asks if there’s anything in particular we’re worried about. Being that we have a dog, we always have her pay more attention to flea prevention. She’s always happy & will spark up a conversation. Super happy with the service.
