They lied to me when I initially signed up and said i could cancel after 6 months for no charge. its actually a year. It is nearly impossible to change their auto-appointments because they don't even tell you when your appointment is. For instance, i can't cancel the appointment today because no human is in the office. Cool, waste of gas for your tech, bad for the environment. The smart guy that signed me up spelt my name incredibly wrong. I just stopped paying for it since I have no clue who you signed up. Lol
I really loved the tech Isaac..he was very understanding and did his job to the fullest i.was very very pleased with his service ... I would like to request him every time
