Zee was great and had amazing communication
I have had several issues with pest control with Aptive. For the second time there was roaches by my trash bins and many scorpions found in the front and back yard. I contacted Aptive about this issue months ago and was assured it would be fixed. I went and purchased my own supplies and addressed the issue. Upon contacting Aptive about the ongoing concern, as well as wrong houses being treated as I received pictures of houses that were not mine (they always came back and sprayed) I asked to terminate my contract.
