Wasn't sure what time they were coming. Not until few minutes before and we couldn't make it home. So they just sprayed the outside. Than it rained about an hour later.
Jomar came to my house for an extermination service, and he texted me before he arrived, which I really appreciated. He was very considerate of my pets and took the time to educate us on what to expect next after the treatment. Jomar was polite, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire visit. I was very impressed with his service and hope he will be my exterminator going forward.. Thank you Mary

We were customers of Aptive Home Pest for approximately two years, and our experience involved a repeated pattern of poor communication, unreliable scheduling, and inaccurate information. To be fair, the actual pest-control product appears to work and has been sufficient for our home. We have not had any significant pest problems while using the service.
