wanted just one treatment done, ended up in a yearly contract for 4 treatments. shady salesman. they ended up coming out 4 times in 4 months and wanted to keep coming out and having me pay for the whole year. i cancelled and then they charged me $199 for a cancellation fee. scammers
Aptive does a great job killing AND preventing bugs. I started using them last year. My basement was full of crickets and spiders. After 1 outdoor perimeter spray, they were gone. Today, David came out and I told him I was seeing small spiders around the house. He immediately knew what was going on. Went to my basement and found their breeding areas in my hvac drain,and sump pump. Sprayed and told me how to prevent further issues. I don' t even do the indoor spraying they offer. David completed a service today and did a fantastic job. He sent a text prior to his arrival and even addressed concerns that I sent via a text reply. You just can beat this service.
David did an excellent job! He was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Technicians Kendall and James have both done excellent work protecting house, garden and lawn from insects. They were both very helpful and very courteous!
