Service technicians are friendly, courteous, and professional. Pest control following service is acceptable. The challenge I've experienced in two separate contracts has been scheduling communication related. I was able to connect with the District Manager for my area, who helped resolve the systemic issues and advised they just launched a customer portal such had helped significantly. I recommend them over most National competitors.
All went well and he covered all the places I asked he was nice and polite.
This company is garbage. They’ll cancel on you every other time. You can buy a better industrial strength product at a golf course supply company for $25 and that will cover you for years. Buy a $10 sprayer from the hardware store. Why would I pay these people $400 per year?
Sunday February 2nd. I don't know why I was able to reschedule my appointment for today when no one showed up. I tried calling the local office and the corporate number, and they're both closed. Also half the time they don't go in my garage when asked verbally, and it's in my contract. We've had one or two good visits, but other guys do half the work and don't check in with us at the end to explain everything or show pictures. $159 each time for what? Thanks in advance for the copy paste apology that will be below my review.
