For the past three years, I've noticed a decline in service, !!!! Before that our home was Pest free, now we see spiders, Beatles, amts , as if we stopped getting service. But we've never lapsed in service or payment !!!!! I don't think there's accountability to make sure your techs are actually doing the job ,they were sent to do, and I wouldn't recommend Aptive pest control to anyone, based on my current experience!!!!
