Branden was very professional, replenished my rodent bait station and performed the usual monthly service.
The tech was on time and thorough and went above and beyond.
My Aptive subscription ended months ago. I moved out of state. Aptive keeps treating a house I no longer live in and charging me. I've called Aptive several times about this. At this point the only real way to get Aptive to stop ripping me off is closing my bank account and that really sucks. Thanks Aptive. You suck.
The Aptive agent ALWAYS lets me when he will arrive and shows up on time. He checks and photographs my traps. Discusses my pest situation with me. Very friendly and polite, as usual.
