Been trying for 3 years to get therapy for my son there and they say they have not enough therapist.
Both of my boys went there from 2021 to the end of 2023. The RBT, BCBAs and everyone is absolutely amazing. They worked with me doing iep for the kids schools, offered amazing in home training along with the parent training. Absolutely loved them and so happy our boys graduated with them
Just got off the phone with a representative for this company. I asked about their school based aba services, which are on their website, and he proceeded to tell me that this company doesn't really offer those services. Save yourself a phone call if you were looking for this type of service.
I’m not one to write negative reviews but want to make other families aware of the questionable billing practices and impersonal treatment from BlueSprig. I inquired about pricing early on but the local office claims they don’t deal with the financial side of things and I wasn’t contacted by BlueSprig’s financial department to discuss pricing until almost a month after my son’s assessment was already complete. We tried to get my son therapy and they said they will contact us on a day and we never heard again from them . Emails weren’t replied . It’s very upsetting because my son really needs help
