Anyone that takes care of a loved one knows the strain, struggle and ever changing schedules that come with aging parents. APTBE constantly adjust to our needs. More importantly this is not a large business without a face, I often interact with the owner who is personally invested in his clients. APTBE and all the staff took care of both my parents for 5 years. They were reliable and flexible as my parents' health declined and would come earlier and stay later at my parents' last minute requests. The staff cooked and cleaned and most importantly provided needed direct care assistance to keep them in their home.The kindness that all the staff showed my mom and dad is what I still remember now that both are gone.
Manny his team have provided the care needed for both of my parents in a reliable and compassionate manner. From simple activities of daily living to medical, social, and emotional issues at the end of life, they were informative, understanding, and supportive. I would recommend the care team at APTBE.
