Took my mom to pierce her ears. She is in her 70s and had never pierced her ears. I didn’t have an appointment and they were very gracious to squeeze us in. The staff was very professional. The whole process was very hygienic and you can tell they really know their stuff. My mom says she didn’t feel a thing and she had zero pain or discomfort afterwards. She left very happy. I’m glad I took my mom there.

I’ve have had the honor of getting 6 piercings now by Dahlia and I’m so happy every time! Her precision and dedication to the process is admirable. She truly cares to take her time to ensure her customer is informed and aware of all the little in between processes. We have been curating my ears and it has been so much fun working with her doing so. I’ll continue to be back every so many months, because it’s a marathon not a race to perfect the healing of them. I called hoping to bring in four people for permanent jewelry, but was told they couldn’t take us because they were doing close procedures. It’s surprising to turn away business- especially when we were exciting and ready to support a local spot. I guess they’re doing well enough that they don’t need four new customers.
