I do not recommend APT for anyone living outside of Victoria.In my experience, Avnit and his team lacked the necessary knowledge about grants, apartment types, and housing regulations in Queensland. As a result, I wasted three months of my time, effort, and money due to their incomplete and inaccurate guidance. If you're relocating or seeking property advice in a different state, I strongly suggest looking for a team with proven local expertise.
