Would leave zero stars if I could. Apartment was decent but not worth the price. Refrigerator went out the week I moved in and it took 10 days for them to send someone to fix it. Mary was the most difficult person to contact, would ignore my calls 10x in a row but answer if I called from a different number immediately. She was incredibly responsive and nice until I signed my lease then a totally different person. I did get my refund check from my deposit back but it took over a month. Run for the hills.
Apt living reality Frequently practices not only illegal and Unethical business practices on a frequent basis.They also fail Miserably to follow Any Basic and legal property management Laws required through the.. Nevada state Real estate division. Multiple current Lawsuits against them for Negligence and illegal business practices.
Moved out of the condo at the newport lofts. A nice person came and did the walk around the apartment and was told I would get my deposit back minus the cleaning. I worked hard on keeping the place nice after 2 years. And never got the deposit back. We called and Mary answered and said the check would be in the mail. After a month nothing. Called her over 10 times and leave messages and she ignores it. In the process of legal help. Just be careful dealing with this place.
