Excellent experience and still going! I joined the ladies who run this program in September 2017. My range of weight loss was 20-25lbs. Lost 16lbs by Thanksgiving and then took a break until the new year and now back to complete the goal. I was recommended to a program by my cardiologist at my asking for help. I found this Ideal Protein location because it is close to home and convenient but these ladies have proven to be very professional, kind, very helpful, prompt, and in a nice professional office. My coach doesn't pay close attention. When I come in. She's always keeping an eye for her clients. I'm here she's late. My appt. 1:15 . She's with another client. When she see me she weighs me measures me and takes my credit card for product. Never does she ask me: what coming up. Try this or that. Never looks at my diary. Nothing....i would not recommend this person on Bee Caves.
