Dr. Prasad is a great digestive health doctor. She explains your condition very well. She answers your questions thoroughly and clearly without rushing. She tells you what to expect from your medications. She always tells you to call her if you have any problems and she means it! She makes me feel like she really cares and that's the best care you can ask for!!!!!
It was a needed experience as we age. I was nervous and everyone made me feel very welcome. The communication was great. The best part is the people were great. From the receptionist. To the Nurses and Techs. The anesthesiologist. The Doctor. And everyone who checked on me during recovery. They even called to check on me the following Monday and I really appreciate it. I was given results and thoroughly explained them before I left. A++++ experience.
