I would have given this a five-star rating because everyone was kind and friendly from the moment I arrived. The procedure and what to expect was explained in detail. The reason it earned three stars is the fact that you feel like you are rushed out of there even with still feeling a little groggy and unsteady. I understand that this location only has three beds, but maybe they should not pack the day with so many patients. You definitely feel like you are herded in and out like cattle. This is Vicki Kiser, Dr. Prasad is very knowledgeable in her field and really appreciate her pleasant personality and making you feel comfortable with any procedure she performs.

Dr Prasad is the most attentive and interactive doctor I have ever had in my 82 years on this earth. Always clearly explains in easy to understand terms what is happening and what I need to do in my treatment plan.
