I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but I won’t be returning. Vicky seems extremely overworked and it shows in her attitude. She tried to embarrass me in front of others and claimed I “always do this,” which isn’t true I never complain, even when the work isn’t done well. The communication is rude, and if you respond, she tells you to leave. Prices keep going up while the quality keeps getting sloppy. Today was the last straw. I love this nail shop, my pedicure last me a month and sometimes longer than that. Top 10 I recommend they're so bomb my sister travels from dc to md to get her nails and toes done. Thanks for the quality service, the only down side is that I believe they need more workers because at times it does get crowded.

I've been to this place a few times. I won't be going again. When I went last week I got the older lady. Her work was pretty sloppy and she put on so many layers of gel paint that some nails look gloopy. If she would have painted them correctly to begin with it wouldn't have been needed. She also got the gel polish on my cuticles which is a big no-no because it will eventually cause dermatitis. She removed some of it with an e-file at the end, but the damage was already done.
