Affordable and primarily all good units! Some little things, not perfect by any means but that goes for any apartment.
Great area, low prices for Marquette with efficient staff and housing.
It was very easy to get a unit and get the keys
So far I’ve liked my experience. The office staff is amazing- very friendly. The application process was easy, not like some others. They actually gave me an in-person tour of the place, while many other places only offered virtual tours, that aren’t an accurate representation of what you’ll actually be getting. The whole process of getting in was great! I didn’t leave a whole five stars because the place was clean, but not super clean when I moved in, but I still paid $250 non-refundable cleaning fee.
