RecommendedGot a package deal for me and the Mrs. for a Valentine’s Day gift. Awesome place!!!! Very friendly staff!! Had a wonderful experience!!! Will be returning in a month and months to come to do all over again.
I had a great experience! They accepted my groupon with no issue. Room was clean and the masseuse was great!
Seems like they previously had an issue accepting Groupons, but they accepted mine no problem. Even gave me a coupon to come back. I also get my nails done there and the gel manicures last more then two weeks! Very happy every time I have come here.
Horrible customer service. Very greedy owners that don't follow through with their promotions on Groupon.
We paid for a groupon and followed the instructions by making an appointment. When we got there, the host didn't want to accept it because of the price. He said it was less money than the actual price and he didn't wanna accept it. Bad customer service. Disgusting.
If I would give zero stars, I would. We purchased a groupon for a couples massage and scheduled our appointment. Upon arrival, we were told that the groupon wouldn't be accepted and that we had to pay cash for service. After arguing for a good 20 minutes, the man at the desk finally admitted it was because the groupon was less money than the $75 he wanted to charge.
