My apartment building uses them and they are useless. They came on July 3 for "preventative pest control" but failed to notice anything. That night I saw a MOUSE that they failed to notice. Then they took a whole week to come back, did absolutely nothing that I can see (I had to put down traps myself), but one of the traps I put down caught a mouse the next day so we threw it out. These people are scammers. After moving everything I owned to the center of the rooms of my apartment they came and said everything was okay and to leave for two hours. Yet after, they STILL claimed that they couldn't do their work because I didn't prepare and my building tried to charge me $75 until they saw that the "evidence" photos provided by the company clearly showed my apartment prepared in the specified manner. SCAMMERS!!!!!!!
