Report needs a clear and precise summary up front. The word "improve" is very confusing and can be mis-leading. This implies that the seller should not be responsible for any repairs on "improve" items noted. When in fact several of these "improve" items should have been noted as requiring repairs by the seller. The word "monitor:" is confusing. I previously used this company, and I thought the guy did a Good job, so I used them and him again, but this time, he didn’t do as well. When we asked about the roof, he stated he didn’t get on roofs, and I have purchased multiple properties, and I have never had an inspector not get on the roof. When I inquired about that statement the next day, he said his latter was too short, and he never said he didn’t get on roofs.
