I was very disappointed with the service. My nails came out uneven and crooked, and they used a lower-quality product than what I had before. They didn’t even trim my natural nails underneath, which made the final result look messy and unprofessional. This was definitely not the quality I expected or paid for.
I was referred by my hotel to go there. I called to confirm they were taking walkins & went. I was told a 30 min wait...OK no problem. I sat in the pedicure change after several mins...I started the massage. Finally someone came and turned on the water so I could soak. While being serviced, my tech got up to start water for a white couple who'd just walked in. Every black person was told 30 min wait & to come back. This nail salon is the closest to my house and I really would like to go her but Mrs. April needs more help. You will be waiting for forever because they only have 3 workers.
