Been going for a long time now, and prefer electrolysis for permanent hair removal. It is much better than laser, as it all came back for me personally in my problems areas. All those laser treatments clearly didn’t last, which was frustrating. Switching to electrolysis was also far more affordable in the long run. It’s a perfect city central location on Prospect street with loads of free parking. April is highly professional and a true expert in this field!

New location is great, very easy to find and convenient by car and by bus (stop directly outside), plenty of parking. Once you go into the door past the first waiting room, its very easy to locate by the sign at 101. Step in to the private waiting room which is outside the client door, where you stop and wait for your appointment. April is always quick to answer any questions and concerns. Results are great, and always professional

Won't answer the phone and getting into the new location mentioned on the phone (which is different than the one mentioned on Google,) is incredibly confusing because three different businesses share a waiting room, which itself is an offshoot of another waiting room, funnily enough. No pricing details available to easily access either, making for a difficult and inconvenient arrangement. You also will need a car to reach it unless you want to play chicken on extended highway.

Congratulations on your new location! Great location! Ample parking, excellent environment for confidential, professional services. Comfortable waiting area which includes a dedicated washroom. Vastly improved from former location. Best, April!!
