Professional, accommodating, friendly and caring customer service! The phone communication, the free estimate, the work preformed and the cost were excellent. They were able to work me into their buisy schedule. The technicians were professional, fast, efficient, friendly and exceeded my expectations. I'm very happy with their work rerouting the plumbing, installing a new water heater and installing the wiring for the water heater and an electric stove. Highly recommend this buisness!

My experience with April's Country Air- They did a great job installing my new furnace. The technicians were efficient, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. Throughout the process everyone was kind and kept me updated on the progress. They were understanding, down to earth, and exceeded my expectations. Thank you all so much for everything. It's nice to find a legitimate, honest, and ethical company. I recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.
If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. Basic AC swap out, didn't work from day one, six months of visits and "repairs," and barely any communication. And the system STILL HAS ISSUES because they half-assed every repair they've done so far. Fixing one thing while ignoring the other issues we pointed out, forcing call after call. Their techs were rude and acted like we were an inconvenience. I wouldn't hire these people again. Period. Not even if they worked for free.
