I’ve known Aprile for years and have frequented almost all of her mental health and wellness workshops, courses and live events…my favorite being her Love Languages 101 relationship masterclass she does every Valentines/February and sometimes throughout the year. While I have not worked with Aprile in a clinical setting, I attended one of her workshops and found it be very informative; especially for folks less familiar with therapy. She talking about the purpose / goals for it, coping skills, and things to be aware/mindful of. She also kept it interactive by integrating a personality test that opened up the conversation further. I hope to attend one of her online workshops in the near future!

I attended a workshop of Dr. Andelle's and it was very educational. It has helped me figure out my own mental health and what to look for triggers. I highly recommend to attend at least one of her workshops!

I was fortunate enough to attend a Mental Health workshop hosted by Dr. Aprile earlier this month. She’s an incredibly clear and thorough educator when it comes to mental health, and I took so much insight about myself away from that session. Based on her warm personality and direct approach, I think anyone would be lucky to have her as a therapist.

I wanted to take a quick moment to share about Aprile. Aprile is an amazing woman, therapist, and professional. Aprile is calm, steady, full of grace, compassion and ambition. She is an amazing therapist who specializes in TAG - trauma, anxiety and grief. She has helped so many clients become better versions of themselves, releasing blocks from their past. She is also a dedicated professional committed to the integrity of our profession. I highly recommend Aprile!
