This place has some of the poorest living conditions. Filthy hall ways, walls and stairways in the common living areas. Now they have bolted the rear exit doors shut so that no one can enter or exit. To me this is a clear fire hazard for a highrise apartment building. On top of that trash is building up on the inside of the stairway because the doors are bolted that lead to the garbage cans and some tenants refuse to go throught the main lobby. Don't waste your time looking at these!
