After waiting an hour after my appointment time to be seen in a very small and crowded waiting area, I finally met Dr. Kolla. After a few minutes of talking with me she got a phone call and abruptly left the office for well over 10 minutes. When she came back she was ready to dismiss me. I felt she hadn't even addressed my visit reason. A week later I get an incorrect bill that was not processed through my insurance properly. Dr Tweedt is kind and thoughtful and has an excellent 'bedside manner'. I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here. It seems to me that the staff does not know how to use the computer system and this makes it seem disorganized and slow. Also the doctors office hours are limited at this location. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.
Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy.
